We are committed to create greater awareness and improving the occupational safety, health and environment practices. We believe technology is imperfect if it fails to improve quality of life or preserves the natural beauty of our environment. We are obliged to the well being of the environment, health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and our society.

The company safety committee has taken up the challenge, drafted a comprehensive safety manual, policy and emergency respond plan. Later, set up a Fire Fighting Emergency Squad (FFES) . FFES equipped with one unit fire of fighting engine, 30 men fire fighter and 12 people first aided. We are glad that our FFES has successfully crowned the best voluntary fire fighting team in Batu Pahat for the year 2000.

We expect to improve our knowledge in this field and share that knowledge with the community through our employees and our social community activities.

Each year, company sport club committee will organize various activities including group excursion, mooncake festival gathering, badminton competition, family day and etc. The aim of these activities is to inculcate the values and importance of teamwork and understanding among the employees.

Training programs are designed to upgrade and develop all levels of employees which include supervisory and management skills, occupational safety/health and environment, motivation, total quality management (TQM), technical skills etc. Other competency courses conducted by Malaysia Textile and Apparel Center/Hong Kong Polytechnic and National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health are being participated actively to enhance specialization.
